Welcome to the Saanenland and the Pays d'Enhaut! One of the most beautiful places on earth to live or visit.

From Gstaad and Saanen to Schönried, Saanenmöser and Rougemont, Saanenland and the Pays d'Enhaut has much to offer year round. While the Super Ski Region Gstaad offers fantastic skiing for all levels, we are no longer just a ski resort.

The Summer season offer some of the best resort activities in Switzerland such as hiking, backpacking, golf, tennis, mountain and road biking, and rafting and kayaking, just to name a few. With a large selection of activities and something for family members of all ages to choose from, Saanenland and the Pays d'Enhaut regions are in easy reach for families and friends to get together for vacations and special occasions.

Gstaad is located only 1 1/2 hours from Geneva and 2 1/2 from Zurich, both international airports. Switzerland being in the centre of Europe makes it very accessible from all parts of Europe. Saanen Airport is can accommodate most private jets as well as turbo props. Daily flights arrive into Geneva and Zurich from North America and the Far East, GRES can organise limousines and minibuses for guests arriving into Gstaad and the surrounded villages 24 hours a day.

The Gstaad Valley
Gstaad is arguably the most beautiful mountain resort in the world, it has been kept that way because of strong local planning consent regulations, the local people separate the importance of a agricultural and diary producing valley and that of a tourist resort. Only very few agricultural land plots are changed for building consent every year and this keeps the views consistently beautiful as well as the numbers of Chalets down. When a building of a chalet is authorised by the local authority it has to conform to strict building guidelines, this ensures that the environment and views are kept unspoilt. Winter Pursuits
The Gstaad Super Ski Region (web link) is made up of 10 villages and covers 250 km of piste. Lifts and buses connect the villages, skiing is good for all levels, whether you are a beginner or and advanced skier. Les Diablerets Glacier is 15km away, 20 minutes by bus or car. Summer Pursuits
