Is best for those owner/resident clients who want a higher level of management service.
• To oversee the employment of any staff and supervise the salary or wages
• For works in excess of 2000CHF we will appoint a surveyor to write a specification, obtain completive tenders and supervise the works. Gstaad Real Estate Services will make a charge for this service
• To visit the premises on a regular basis, at least once per month and at other times as necessary
• To attend one meeting per annum outside normal office hours
We can also provide the following to any Options; Preparation of Company Accounts for audit purposes.
